Cheltenham's Cleevely Motors has been recognised as one of the UK's best independent garages in 2026, winning two prestigious national awards.
The family-run business, which has traded in Cheltenham for 64 years, took home a trophy at two separate ceremonies this year – Regional Garage of the Year for the south west at the Servicesure Autocentre of the Year Awards, and Single-Site Garage of the Year at the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards – described as 'one of the most prestigious evenings in the UK aftermarket calendar', hosted at NEC Birmingham.
Nationwide independent tyre and vehicle maintenance network, Point S – of which Cleevely is a member – commented that with both awards drawing entries from workshops across England, Scotland and Wales, the wins put the Cheltenham firm amongst 'the most consistently recognised' garages in the country.

Located on Lansdown Industrial Estate, Cleevely Motors services and repairs a range of domestic and commercial vehicles, as well as classic cars and sports cars, and also specialises in EV and hybrid vehicle maintenance and sells used EVs, through its electric vehicle arm Cleevely EV.
