Gloucestershire youth music charity, The Music Works, is bringing creative practitioners, commissioners, policymakers and young people together at its Gloucester Hub this November 2026, for a day dedicated to creative health and wellbeing in an industry where what this means is often disagreed upon.
What to expect from Creative Health & Wellbeing Day at The Music Works
The Music Works' Creative Health & Wellbeing Day features three panel discussions focusing on what creative health is, and what it means to different people; access, support and health inequity in the creative industry; and long-term wellbeing outcomes beyond the intervention.
These discussions are designed to allow thought leaders in creative health, youth work, health and social care, and cultural policy to share their experiences and real-life practice, as well as encouraging honest debate and making space for young people's own voices to be heard throughout.
The event will also feature a live performance.
