Just shy of 300 fantastic county businesses put themselves forward for Gloucestershire's leading business awards in 2026, spanning ambitious start-ups, technology pioneers, and the global companies putting Gloucestershire on the map – and the quality of this year's entries has been higher than ever, so the SoGlos team had their work cut out in meticulously assessing every entry and putting only the very best forward to the judging phase.
The Gloucestershire Business Awards 2026 are once again supported by returning headline partners Hazlewoods and Willans LLP solicitors, along with an esteemed stable of category partners, who make up the judging panel and now have the difficult task of whittling down the shortlist into finalists, highly commended finalists and winners.
As part of the judging process, all shortlisted businesses are invited to an exclusive Meet the Judges networking event, taking place at the historic Over Barn at Over Farm on Tuesday 8 September 2026, where they'll have the opportunity to canvass the judges in person and make the case for their business, before the judges submit their scores, and make their final decicions at the Judges Panel Meeting on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at Hotel Indigo Gloucester.
There, the judges will determine who makes it through to the exciting awards ceremony, which is taking place once again at the spectacular Cheltenham Town Hall on Thursday 5 November 2026, where the winners and highly commended businesses will be revealed for the very first time.
