Gloucester BID is inviting the county's foodies to 'Discover. Eat. Stamp. Repeat' as its Foodie Passport challenge returns for the second year this August 2026.
Promising to be bigger and better than ever, there are 20 venues taking part in this year's challenge – including Gloucester's newest dining destinations Hotel Indigo, Muse Brasserie, and Banchina – and it has been extended to three months.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to go out to eat at as many of the city's participating restaurants as they can during August, September and October for the chance to win prizes, including up to £650 in Gloucester Gift Cards.
With a brand-new way to collect stamps digitally, diners can scan a QR code to access a digital version of the Foodie Passport – while for those who prefer an analogue option, printed passports are available from all participating venues, too.
The start time of the challenge has also been brought forward from 5pm to 3pm, to give even more people a chance to take part.
For every six stamps you collect, there's a chance to win a prize – and the more stamps you collect, the more chances you have to win.
Showcasing Gloucester's diverse culinary scene, foodies can tuck into everything from classic pub grub and sophisticated street food, to French bistro-inspired dishes made with the freshest local produce.
Gloucester BID's marketing and events coordinator, Izzy Townsend, said: 'It's our biggest and most accessible Foodie Passport yet, and a fantastic opportunity to celebrate Gloucester's thriving food and drink scene while supporting our brilliant local hospitality businesses.'

Gloucester BID's Foodie Passport Challenge is on from Saturday 1 August until Saturday 31 October 2026, and stamps are available when dining after 3pm.
